We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For our global customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes (determined by your country)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns
  • We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for returns

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every TrendAura piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return Policy Highlights

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All items from our “Swim” category (swimwear)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item name, size/color
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • The item in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when your return is processed.

Refund Information

  • Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability
  • If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in exchanged items
  • Shipping costs for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
