  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Non-Returnable: Swimwear (for hygiene reasons), final sale items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear TrendAura Customer Service, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • The item in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
  • If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item
  • Shipping costs for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collection:

  • Swimwear (items from our “Swim” category)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
