- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Non-Returnable: Swimwear (for hygiene reasons), final sale items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- The item in its original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging if possible
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
- If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item
- Shipping costs for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collection:
- Swimwear (items from our “Swim” category)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
